An early adaptor, Arroz was in the vanguard of connectivity as editor in chief of RealSize dot com, one of the first women’s hybrid lifestyle and retail portals.
Her first clients were VC funded start-ups in the realm of beauty, wellness and style. In the late nineties, she worked on one minute fashion videos created for DoCoMo, the Japanese cell phone giant.
